The Rap Songs Of The Arab Spring

A few weeks back I wrote about some of the protest songs that have come out of the #Jan25 revolution in Egypt. But as the revolutions have spread across the Middle East, so has the need for music to document the movement.

This just proves that rap or hiphop music is not all about drinking or partying, it can be used to voice out political sentiments and thoughts.
